Shake well before use then massage liberally onto clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before stepping out into the sun. It can be applied after moisturiser in your morning routine and followed with foundation. Sun care is self-care so avoid contact with your eyes and reapply every two hours or more when sweating or swimming.
