Click & Collect Orders

We are only able to offer Click & Collect service to Townsville locals. 

 

How does Click & Collect work?

Choose your products online. Add them to your shopping bag. Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout

You will receive a collection notification email or SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order

Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your collection notification. Collect from the reception desk - inside, at the front of the salon

Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.

 

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value. 

 

Is there an express Click & Collect?

Currently we do not offer an express service on Click & Collect or home delivery.

 

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

A copy of the order collection notification

A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

 

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

ALL items are available for Click & Collect,

 

Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?

If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to in the salon in Townsville for either a refund or exchange.
